--only had to attach drawer handles, otherwise completely assembled --size specifications online were accurate (not something that can be taken for granted, I've learned) --handles are substantial and fit tightly onto drawers --drawers work smoothly --designed for hanging files, so there is no sliding mechanism for keeping regular file folders upright if the drawer is not full--I don't bother with hanging files for home use (creating and inserting the file labels is such a pain, seems like things fall out of the file folders more easily when I have the files out on my desk) , so I insert empty file folders, box of envelopes, etc behind my active files to fill the empty space and keep the files upright.

This is a good medium quality cabinet with locking drawers. It was easy to install the handles. I will be putting pads on the bottom so I can slide it easy when full (hardwood floors). It seems to slide good. Over time, a suggestion would be do put a light oil on the plastic slides for the doors. I forgot to buy the hanging folders so I don't know how well they are. Mine arrived BEFORE the date told for delivery and it was in perfect shape. Perfect for a small or home business. The price was good for me.

I needed a cabinet that would lock for my office. I had larger ones to hold most of my documents, but needed one that I could lock up certain ones for security reasons. The cabinets is sturdier than i expected for the cost. It came completely put together, just had to screw on the handles. I am very happy with this purchase and will always go with this brand from now on.

I bought two of these filing cabinets in putty color to replace an old filing cabinet that was in bad shape. These filing cabinets have nice looking handles and over all are pleasing to the eye. The drawers work very nicely. They are a little bit smaller than my old one but I am fine with that. Very happy with my purchase.

Perfect. Just what I wanted. It was already put together. All I had to do was slide it out the box. Only had to put on handles. Love my file cabinet.

I ordered this file cabinet for the 24" height, to fit under my desk/countertop at work. The file cabinet is not as deep as other taller 2-drawer cabinets, but it serves my purpose and I am extremely pleased.

Drawers are not smooth opening and closing. Very light weight and doesn't seem to be great quality, but I bought it to store financial info at our church, so works well for what I need it for. If I was going to be storing a lot of documents in it or would be in and out of it on a regular basis, I would have chosen a different product.

one of the holes on one of the handles for the screws to go through was not drilled properly so the handle can not be attached. filed a return claim and re-ordered a new one.

The filing cabinet came damaged with a dent on the side, and the top was covered in dust INSIDE THE BOX. How does this happen?
