Space Solutions 3 Drawer Letter Width Vertical File Cabinet with Pencil Drawer, Black

For the price, this is a decent file cabinet. The only assembly required was attaching the handles with provided metal screws using a Phillips screwdriver. Although the file cabinet is packaged securely; there were a few smudges and minor blemishes on the black finish. Not a big deal unless you expect perfection.

I ordered three file cabinets on line because they would be delivered to my house. I received them two days later. They arrived in pristine shape....no scratches, no dents , all keys, handles %26 screws provided. Because they only came in black I spray painted them to match the wooden cabinets in my office. They look great, I have plenty of drawer space %26 the pencil drawer is an added convenience.

I am a bookkeeper at a Primary School and needed a lockable cabinet. Love that the file cabinet fits under my desk and has that top drawer to lock up my incoming money. It says it's a pencil drawer, but it is 3.25 inches deep giving plenty of room to store my money bags I receive. Only the top two drawers lock and honestly you can still pull them a little, but it still meets my needs. In my opinion it could hold the drawers in tighter. The two bottom drawers hold hanging folders and the sides come up so you can use them for storage as well. The cabinet is shiny black and looks nice. It came fully assembled, I just had to put the handles on. I did have about a 12' place on the top of the cabinet that looked like a scuff mark, but doesn't wipe off. It had to have happened before or during packaging because it was well packaged. I am not going to return it because it will be placed under my desk and will not be seen anyway. The cabinet cost $57 from Wal-Mart, Good product.

At first glance, I thought this filing cabinet was a great deal. It came put together, which was a big bonus. However, when I took it out of the box, there was a large dent on the side, and it was pretty dusty. After closer inspection, I could not find the keys. Once I rattled The cabinet, I could hear they were attached to the inside of the drawer that was locked. I don't even know how that's possible or why that would happen, but I'm definitely returning this and very disappointed in my purchase.

It arrived badly damaged!! it was bent, dented, and scratched!! The drawers, especially the big drawers, were all messed up… words couldn't really describe how messed up!!! there was no packaging between the filing cabinet and box… What in the world!?! I cannot, can NOT believe they would send a filing cabinet in that shape, and not know it!! Walmart is usually good about sending items in good shape, but this was ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLY!!!!!

The item is flimsy and Walmart customer service is horrible when attempting to schedule a return. No accommodations for people without a printer, customer service representatives don't listen and they lie. Other than groceries no purchasing anything else from Walmart. Very disappointed. If I could give a zero I would.

This is the worst thing I've ordered from Walmart. First, it came damaged on two sides, and when I returned it via FedEx, I was told they haven't received it yet. It's been 15 days now trying to get my refund. I'll never order this type of product from Walmart again. if I can't return it to a local store I will not order it.

This unit came in bent up everywhere. The bottom was so warped I couldn't get the bottom drawer open to even get the handles out to assemble. The box it was delivered in was in great shape so someone packaged it knowing the terrible shape it was in. I can say customer service is top notch. I started an online return and was refunded immediately. I have ordered another that cost a little more, same name brand. Hopefully it shows up in better condition.

I received my final cabinet today and it was missing one handle and I asked to get just the handle delivered and they told me to have to return the whole thing to FedEx and I know I would have to pay money to return it and it's just ridiculous that they can't just send a handle you don't buy stuff from Walmart online they are awful

My product was damaged when i opened the box and took it out i noticed on each corner there was 2 dents like on both sides ! I would really recommend this product besides it being damaged i'm sure not all is damaged! Idk what to do don't have time to take it back ugh ! suffer i guess at least the file cabinet works just the beauty of it is ugly
