I was delivered in good condition, and it works very well.

I hope my kids get at least a year out of it. The backboard is like 1/8” thick. The universal mount kit is thin and cheap too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an elevator mount on a pole. Unfortunately, the new board did not include bolts of sufficient length to mount the board the elevator arms. Fortunately, I had retained the bolts from the old board which I was able to use.

Ordered twice as first box came badly damaged and late. Second box also damaged but won't know if any damage until after Christmas as it's a gift. Walmart was terrible to work with on this matter. They outsource their customer service and you get different answers each time you call. I certainly won't order from Walmart again as Amazon does a much better job with customer service.

I purchased an in ground version of this same backboard in 2017. The unbreakable plastic backboard shattered when a basketball rebounded. It lasted about 5-6 years. I tried to claim warranty but if you don't keep the purchase receipt no replacement. I had to buy just the backboard for $50 more than I originally paid for the whole in ground unit. I wanted to substitute it but nothing else fit the elevator unit. Buyer beware.

did not come with bumper pads for bottom and side of backboard and also didn't come with orange metal casing which screws on to bottom of rim. Can I please get that shipped to me?

It arrived horribly scratched up. Backboard has hundreds of deep scratches in it.
