Excellent !
Great basketball hoop! It's sturdy, easy to adjust, and perfect for both kids and adults. Assembly was straightforward, and the quality is excellent. Our kids love it—highly recommend!

Good
Took about 2 hours and two people to assemble but the instructions were easy to read and correct Overall the hoop is stable and looks good Also is reasonably portable if you need to move it

Great backyard hoop 🏀!
Read reviews before I purchased and it was like the good reviews. Excellent portable backyard hoop nice and sturdy the instructions are not that great but if you have some mechanical aptitude you will be fine. I would recommend this product.

Horrible customer service
The basketball hoop arrived damaged. Returned the item and Walmart would only give a store credit, not a refund to my card. Horrible customer service. This is why I avoid shopping at Walmart.

Amazing hoop until it cracked after 2 months
A month ago, I would've left a 5-star review for this hoop. My kids and I absolutely love the extra large backboard, the ease of changing height, the angled post and at a cost not much higher than inferior models. BUT just a few weeks ago, we noticed that the backboard is cracked in two places radiating out from where the rim is mounted. Each crack is about 10” long. Super bummed and now I'm not sure how to get help.

They are all crooked and sideways
They are all crooked and sideways I called Spalding and send them email but they couldn't fix or help because they have no fix for it, and they are all crooked. Just search on google “spalding 54 basketball hoop not straight” you will come across ton of them. I and up return it back to Walmart. I just wasted my whole day for this junk.

Decent hoop but disappointed
Setup instructions were difficult, took 2 people a couple hours to put together. Hoop itself works fine and is sturdy. We have had one month and it's already rusting, disappointed in the product for that reason.

calling Walmart shortly to get replacement
just got it delivered, box is in very bad shape, not much strap or nail support, box looks like opened, could be returned item they shipped us. I'm calling Walmart right after submitting this review to get replacement.

This basketball goal broke in half and fell on my son after only a month of having it. The bolt literally stripped right through the metal and broke in half.

Ridiculous to put together.
The instructions for this goal were written by a spiteful ex settling a score. They have the clarity of Fight Club and prepare you to join one. Two people and a saw horse are required to put this together. These people should be direct decedents of Zeus and the saw horse, a Budweiser Clydesdale. You will need something stronger than water to get through this, a beverage or religion, choose wisely.
