groovy ball
one of the best basketballs made. when they are available and on sale, get one. better value than the swoosh brand and the other FOMO basketball that i see more of these days. The groves and stickiness of this ball are its best features.

Great ball
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a basketball of great durability, provides excellent resistance against impacts. It is made with excellent material and good design. The ball gives an excellent grip, good rebound and softness to the touch.

Quality Basketball - Personalized
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son has had a couple of high-end basketballs "disappear" from facilities. This one has his name on it so there is no doubt who's ball it is. I only wish I had put the name on both the top and bottom so it is even more obvious.

My son loves this ball it bounces well and we have bought a lot of basketballs but this is by far his favorite!!

My mistake
I guess this is a good basketball but I purchased it for my 6ft. 1in. Grandson but I guess its rated for a smaller prehaps feminine person, so I'm going to have to get trade it in for the larger model! who knew? I thought a basketball was a basketball, just varying qualities!

Nice size and weight
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Spalding TF-1000 Legacy basketball is a good size and weight. My kids, husband and myself really like the deep channels, they really help me to get a good grip on the ball especially when passing. The weight of the ball is also nice when making a throw for the basket. I also like the feel of the microfiber composite leather cover. Another plus is that it comes already aired up and ready for action. Overall this is a nice ball and we have enjoyed using it.

Disappointed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not impressed. My son took this to the community center this weekend where he played on indoor courts. The ball appears to have a scratch and it went flat. This not happen anywhere, let alone on a clean, indoor court.

Weight
The ball is wayyy too light for adults to play. The skin is very nice and grabby. However, the weight of the ball is significantly lighter than a regular basketball.
