Product arrived in perfect condition. Very good quality ball, my son likes it a lot, better grip and feel than Wilson (personal opinion). The feel and grip of this ball, specially for younger players, makes it more playable. My son doesn't get tired of dribbling and shooting with this basketball, he handles this ball much better than others.
Overall great ball! Loved it , got me through a bunch of sessions. Super light , with a great bounce and feel to it . You can dribble it great and shoot from deep because it is light. I am comparing this ball between Wilson Evolution, as everyone at gyms have a wilson evolution thought i'd give this one a chance . I don't think it's as cushioned ( softer composite leather than Wilson ) , or as balanced because it's so light. Definitely not an outdoor ball AT ALL - please don't use outdoors like you can ( although you still shouldn't ) with an Evolution ball because it's higher quality . Sometimes ( RARELY ) i'd throw it off the painted indoor brick wall for a artificial pass when i play alone or bounce it once or twice outside on the way to my car and noticed it made the ball AGE scuff faster than it has all year long playing indoor. THIS BALL IS STRICTLY INDOOR USE ONLY do not bounce off the court. Overall i give this ball a 9.9/10 , if there wasn't an Evo ball this ball is great i'd specifically get this ball for dribbling practices , or deep 3 shots . BUT For the price MIGHT AS WELL … i'd go with an Evo ball , overall Evolution ball is higher quality , more padded/ grip , more weight for a consistent balanced shot , AGES beautiful! and MOST REAL HOOPERS USE EVO … it sucks adjusting on the fly from a lighter ball to a heavier one ! JUST GET EVO After playing with the spalding for a year i thought it felt amazing compared to any other basketball , but when pick up an Evo ball right after you feel the difference tremendously! overall a solid ball , would be great for younger kids who can't throw up heavier or longer shots/balls and still great for fast dribble drills and quick shots
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for my son. He literally loves this ball. He has played with it every day since. He has an indoor court gym pass and has taken it with him to the gym after school every single day so far. He said that it has great grip, as well as a good bounce. The only con I see is that the black lines are not glued neatly. You can see the glue on the ball and they look like they will fall off in a little bit of time. With that said, basketballs are not made to last forever. They lose their grib and bounce differently over time. My son, being the one using it, has rated it a five so that's what I will go with.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Spalding has always been my favorite basketball. I love the grip of the ball and the feel of the surface. It was a pleasure to share this basketball with my son. We enjoyed a game even though we haven't replaced our net yet this year. The ball was firm and very responsive. This ball is designed for indoor play on hardwood, so we just got in a quick game. We will use this basketball at the local Parks Department Courts. Spalding is the official basketball of the NBA so you know the quality is top notch. If you want a good quality ball that will last, go with the Spalding brand.
Got personalized basketball for my daughter as a gift and she loved it! Super easy and great quality!
Perfect for my 10 year old son
It is okay but the material isnt what I thought it would be for an indoor game ball. More of a leather feel would make this item better. There are other basketballs I have purchased such as Wilson evolution that is a much higher quality ball.
very nice feel; dribbles well and has a nice bounce; great grip and decent channels
I bought this as a gift for my brother but a little disappointed because of the glue I can see at the connection points and also it is a bit “wrinkled” at places, hopefully it will flatten and the ball will be smoothly round as it is supposed to be.
Ball not round. Poor quality/quality control. They (China), don't make them like they (U.S.A.) used to………..very sad. Don't waste your money!
