Ship to wrong address
I followed the instructions on Walmart.com when I ordered this to send to a different address other than my billing address also wrote out the message card for my granddaughter's birthday wish. I also choose the date I wanted it to ship. However, the only thing that was done was the ship date and it actually arrived the day I picked to ship. This Birthday gift was shipped to my billing address with no Birthday note inside. When I contacted Walmart.com they said the records we have it was sent to the correct address and would do nothing! I asked for the shipping to be credited back to my card since I paid shipping to have it sent to my Granddaughter instead of free pick up at store. I don't feel that was asking too much, I followed the instructions and it's not my fault the website did not do there part. The whole thing of ordering this was so my Granddaughter would get her gift in the mail. Very disappointed and will not order from Walmart again due to their unconcern and unwilling to make this right.

Similar basketballs were cheaper but my daughter wanted this specific color so I paid more. It was discounted but still overpriced
