I use it to find my hand placement and form when shooting. After my first hour of practicing form I was asked to play a 3x3 pickup game. First touch of a standard ball and I made a deep 3. I felt as though the standard size ball was a kids size ball after using the large training ball. It felt easier to control and grip immediately. This training ball is not magic but it is a great tool as long as you put in the time at the gym. I've had lots of compliment by people who try it casually at the gym. Buy one, you won't be disappointed.
Always great working with your product no matter what clothes I have on i always love scoring with a Spalding ball 1,000,000 points 1,000,000 rebounds 1,000,000 assist

Acceptable product nice grip on the basketball . NBA elite
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two little ones that are learning how to play basketball and this ball has come in very handy. It does not bounce as high as the regular size ball which helps with learning how to dribble. It is easy to handle and catch, and they have no problem shooting it through the hoop. Overall this ball is helping improve their techniques and understanding of how the ball should be held.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is perfect for what I wanted it for. It is an extra large basketball and I think that people use them for trying to make making a basket in a regulation hoop a little bit harder so that it's easier when you have the smaller ball. But I got it because I wanted a large basketball for my children to play with in the backyard we don't have a basketball hoop set up so they just like to practice bouncing it to each other and trying to dribble. All three of my children use it, my 10 year old, my five year old and my two year old and they all have fun with it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this oversized trainer basketball .It's very high quality and very durable. It is noticeably larger than a regulation size ball. My son use it outside on concrete and it is not showing any wear or tear. My son have seen improvements in shooting since using this ball. Definitely recommended.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter has shown a great interest in wanting to play basketball. Getting this over sized trainer was the best. She was able to get used to the ball. Dribble and practice shooting hoops. It really made it easier because of the size. It dribbles perfectly.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Spaulding oversized trainer basketball has been a huge asset to my daughters ongoing training. The oversize of the ball enables her to focus on her archs and shooting technique with ease. She enjoys the way the ball fits in her hands. The quality of the ball is amazing. I looks like it's built to last through years of training. The leather is well intact and the ball is stylish. I would recommend this to anyone working in their basketball techniques
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ball is fantastic! It is a bit oversized which actually helps my 2 kids with learning better ball control. Perfectly filled to have a nice rebound bounce. I would have loved to have more color options, but it is not an integral feature.
