SPAM BACHAN'S Japanese BBQ Sauce Flavored, 12 oz Can

This flavor is awesome!!! I hear it may only be available temporarily, so I went back and bought more. As far as the lower rating on value……Spam isn’t the value it was in the past, but this flavor isn’t any different than any other, so take that rating with a grain of salt. This is my favorite flavor and has me back on Spam after a long break.

SPAM is a well-loved staple in our house. It's versatile and easily adapts when you're just trying to get dinner on the table. Adding Bachan's was a brilliant move for my family. So why should you try it? It tastes great and is ready whenever you are.

I was one of the people who liked spam as a kid. I anticipated not liking it as much as an adult but this flavor was great and I it was as good as I remembered. I cut it thin and fried in pan and the edges got a great sear that had an awesome flavor. Was impressed and no ketchup needed lol

It's my new fave flavor of SPAM. The Korean BBQ had become my favorite. This one now is a fave, too. THX Walmart for having it available. SPAM keeps knocking it out of the park with its unique tastes.

The protein from this product is filling and delicious. Perfect for broth and adds to a meal. The fat is juicy and sweet which adds to its barbecue flavor. You could put them on a cracker and have it as a snack.

I wasn't sure what to expect. It was pretty mild. Not a strong flavor. I hadn't had the Japanese BBQ sauce, so didn't know what to expect. It was fine. Gave a few ca a to my brother and his wife.

My husband has been on a Spam Sandwich kick lately. so when I saw this one I ordered it hoping it would be good. He likes the taste very much. I wish they carried these in the store locally. I will need to order a few more to be shipped

It's Spam. If you hate Spam you'll probably hate this. But if you like Spam, as I do (grew up in Hawai'i), you gotta try this! Same thing about whether or not you like Bachan's sauce... which I do like but can make an identical version (or one that we like better) for 1/10th the price out of pantry staples, so I don't buy that stuff. But this Spam has the flavor IN the Spam, which I suppose could be done by marinating your own Spam (I'm not doing that). This Spam is very tasty with homemade yakisoba, I also liked it with Buldak ramen (or drain the water, fry it a bit %26 it becomes yakisoba). Not available at our local Walmart, so I'll order more online. I only gave it 4 stars because I would have like it better if it was a bit less sweet. Also one of the 2 cans was quite dented (not enough for concern about food safety) but I didn't knock off a star for that... %26 apparently that is the norm with 50% of the canned goods I get from Walmart delivery so now I expect it... sigh...

The flavor is so vague and nothing like what I expected. It's like the Korean spam but with 1/6th the spice level. Just not what I expected and a bit of a let down. Other than that, it's spam. The texture, fat level and all is normal. I wouldn't use this in Kimchi-jjigae or Spam musubi. It's that bland.

I've ordered this twice and Walmart has sent me the wrong spam flavor instead of this Japanese BBQ. first time they sent my Turkey Spam and second time it was Spam Lite. I just want to try this new flavor!
