The part I ordered did not work, I had already thrown the box it came in away which had the part # on it. We could not confirm whether I received the correct part or not. They were willing to take the order back but could not pay the return shipping because there was no way to confirm if I had received the incorrect part. They were very nice and did everything they could to try to work out something for me. I kept the part, put a hammer to it and made it work so I am happy.

The product itself is great, however FedEx shipping was deplorable! It took less time for item to reach my state (2000 miles from origin) than it did to reach my house and then it was delivered my USPS! But I love the product!
