copper wire coming out of toy
tried to get a replacement that i bought a couple months ago becwuse there is copper wire sticking out if this kids toy!!!! and camt get any help. then the manager hung up on me. just bought a month n a half ago!!! all i simply want is a replacement. i even purchased warranty!!!!

Broken and defective on delivery
It was received broken, eith previous return sticker and the barcode marked out with black marker, torn and retaped box, cracked battery compartment, and does not work.

Well, I ordered one and Walmart charged me but didn't deliver it. Walmart froze my online account so I couldn't order it online. Walmart never refunded the missing item. I has to go the a super center and buy ANOTHER one. So, I ended up paying DOUBLE the price to get ONE item.

had to return it
The one I received was dirty and looked like it had been played with and returned. I didn't want to give it to my 18 month old great granddaughter in that condition, so it was returned. The return at curbside pickup is great!!

Bought two played with one 3 times the lights no longer work. The other one sings in Spanish. Since they both were delivered to the house with my groceries, I didn't get to test it out for language… guess I'll learn my alphabet in Spanish

Not sure how to review an item i never recieved.
I ordered this item on Dec. 31 and was supposed to be delivered the 10th, then got changed to the 12th, then got changed to the 18th and as of Jan. 20th the item just said it was missing and no tracking was available. Got a refund from Walmart

DEAD BATTERIES
The product arrived and it was dead. I had to remove the batteries and they were tested and were DEAD. !!!! I had to go a store near me and purchase batteries so I could gift it that same day. DISGUSTED!!!!
