I just bought this a little over 2 1/2 weeks ago, so far I am very pleased with this. Its easy to take, really havent been on it long enough to notice anything just yet.
I began taking this because I have Hashimotos and tests had shown I had high levels of inflammation. I read that selenium was good for inflammation and many of the other ingredients in Spark are reported to support thyroid and hormone function. I have finished 2 bottles and my inflammation markers have decreased. I will continue taking Spark.
I just started taking this supplement after my thyroid function tests came back barely within acceptable ranges for TSH and free T4, as well as antibodies. My doctor attributed my exhaustion to menopause/depression/anxiety.I've been taking the supplement for almost a week and I am more focused and brain fog free than I have been in months. Hope this continues!
I like eu natural vitamins. I take a few. I take Spark, Breathe, the cranberry ones with d- mannose and conception. Only thing is I still have not had success with conception. I love Eu Natural supplements. I also have started Regulate and Armor overall my health has been stable.
Recently discovered I have hypothyroid. Decided to give these supplements a try. Some times selenium can have a really strong taste, these ones don't! Hopefully, it will help me with my symptoms. Something I find important is that this product doesn't have any unnecessary fillers or binders. As the instruction clearly states you should eat with it if not nausea can happen like with most vitamins.
I'm about to order my third bottle.. I was told I had hypothyroidism and was put on medication.. I had no symptoms and had just gotten blood work done a few months prior in which my bloodwork was fine.. after 6 months of no medication and being on Thrive my levels were in range.. I'll continue taking these ..
I can't be more grateful than to have this product in my home. I have had thyroid for years, and I really needed something for fatigue and energy, especially now that I am working from home and need the extra boost. I have noticed that I feel much more alive and energetic, especially now for my daily walks and the hiking I did over the weekend. The restlessness seems to have disappeared as well. Wonderful product, will continue to take.
Leave a nasty after taste but they do help some with energy.
First day with the supplements, took the "immediate loading dose" of 2 capsules around 11 am.Three hours later, I go to pee between client calls. Glance at the toilet paper, and it's BRIGHT yellow. Like, the color of Mountain Dew in the bottle. I can see that yeah, I'm not hallucinating. I was peeing bright colors. It took a good few seconds to remember that I had taken a new supplement, so I'm hoping others read this and are prepared for this possible side effect.Good news, it's a harmless side effect of vitamin B12. Which this supplement has 2000% of your DV. So any "excess" will come out of you looking like the Green Goblin's piss. Or Hulk. Whatever your preferred comic universe, I guess.I'm also going to infer that it means the supplement is being digested/absorbed, so hopefully it supplies any deficiencies I suspect I have. . I'm hopeful this will work and I will update when I have a better gauge on the results.I just really, REALLY wanted other people to be prepared. Because I definitely was NOT expecting that.
I used to have pretty painful neuropathy until I started taking Alpha Lipoic acid. This supplement caused my first flare up with my neuropathy in years. Stopped taking it and it went away. Supposedly the large dose of zinc with selenium aggravates neuropathy.
