Spark Supplement

I just bought this a little over 2 1/2 weeks ago, so far I am very pleased with this. Its easy to take, really havent been on it long enough to notice anything just yet.

They worked too good! I work from home but my work is very stressful. After 4 days of taking them I was so less stressed I was working for hours with out needing to take a mental break, but when I finally stood up my back was killing me because of a low back injury slip/fall 2 years ago. They worked as I said way to good. I now have to remember to stand and stretch even though I'm not as stressed thanks to the supplements...

I used this product to help me get off of caffeine. I was slowly getting off of caffeine and lacked natural energy. Once I started using this product I started to slowly feel more natural energy. I recommend it. I think this company makes lots of great vitamins. I have tried many of them.

Leave a nasty after taste but they do help some with energy.

I've been using this product for a couple of weeks. I haven't had any weird side effects as stated by other reviewers. I do take a lot of other supplements but I space these out since there is overlap with my multi. If I take them in the morning i do notice a bit more energy.

Based on the company's money back guarantee I continue to take this product. I feel little, if any, difference so far but I am not sure if my expectations were too high or misinterpreted. I have since order a product that contains caffeine and I think that's more of what I was looking for, a quick lift me up. Thrive focuses on the fatigue that comes from bad thyroid function which I have, but unfortunately, I don't feel any different taking Thrive.
