This is the best tasting drink among the many selections of Sparkling Ice and Walmart have them on stock. Bubbles are just right and not too overpowering. Sweetness is just right plus it does not spike my blood sugar. It has a tart taste similar to Pomelo and as a beverage I can consume one or two in one sitting.
I'm trying to drink more water, but I like a little flavor in it. This is perfect. It is sparkling water a little tiny bit of juice and very low calories. Personally, I like it with a lot of ice and the price is fabulous!
i tried a lot of sparkling water most tastes awful to me but i needed to stop drinking soda then i found Ice and this flavor tastes a lot like the ruby red soda i really like and is so much better than drinking sugary sodas
This is one of my brother's favorite drink at home. We always have to have the the Sparking Ice in stock for the family but mostly for him, lol because he enjoys them so much. He enjoys having one with his lunch and/or dinner and just because, why not, right, lol. This pink grapefruit I can say is one of his favorite flavors. He says the flavor is just right, not too sweet but also doesn't lack taste either. It has a very nice balance. The carbonation of the Sparking Ice is great too, when you open it you get all the bubbles you want out of this refreshing drink. Over all they have great refreshing flavors with gas in them and are good for you too.
I try to stay away from soda because of the sugar, and I try to stay away from flavored water because, well let's be fair. Everyone carbonated water normally taste like dirt. However, this sparkling ice, particularly the grapefruit flavor taste not only like very carbonated, light, grapefruit, flavored water, it's awesome! I mix it with orange juice. I mix it with water. I mix it with tea. I mix it with anything. I want to add carbonation too, and it's my favorite flavor of all the ones they make.
These are great. I have to drink a lot of water so I figured I would give these a shot...they are a nice change to plain water.
I have been consistently disappointed in the pink grapefruit as it regards to the carbonation. They are flat! like no hissing sound escapes as you open the seal for the first time. you might hear a tiny fizz but thats it. Its like barely stronger than kool aid. I am not sure if its an issue with living in Texas and the heat, so I keep trying. but the flavor is great. If you like pink grapfruit kool aid with a tiny touch of fizz, this is perfect.
It used to be fabulous, but the company "Talking Rain" ruined our last two orders purchased at two different stores. They mixed peach with the grapefruit. I called Talking Rain and the lady told me they had made NO changes. We served our guests each a bottle and everybody gagged. I even gave away a whole case I'd purchased thru Amazon to neighbors who are trying to give it away at their jobs. Very sad.
I buy these every week and lately there have been at least 5 out of 12 that are a lighter color and when opened no fizz sound and they don't taste the same to where I'm afraid to drink them. I don't find an expiration date on them, but they look and taste like they might be expired. I'm going to ask for a refund.
I have purchased this brand and especially this flavor for my family for a VERY LONG TIME. That said, this time, Walmart delivered several bottles, and I noticed that they were a lighter color than usual. They also had pieces of sediment floating in the bottom of the. bottles, lids that were not sealed, no carbonation when opened, and foul taste. In hindsight, I should have reported this incident to the health department, or the news! Quality control is obviously not an issue for Walmart, because when I checked the bottles, they had expired around the first of the year!!! That is disgraceful!! I would like to be compensated for being put at risk. I was nauseous vomited several times after tasting the. beverage. PLEASE notify the company.
