Good 90's action film
The movie is alright, it seems it was given a low budget and had to work within that range. It certainly had potential but again because of the low budget we couldn't get a much better film. Action is alright but the clown/violator played by John Leguizamo nail the character so good I believe he should be recast it if there is a new spawn film in the not so distance future.
