I got these Weightlifting Gloves for my teen , he just started weightlifting and I am so nervous that he might hurt him self someway. They have enough padding and grip support for lifting. I like the velcro and the wrist support it provides. They're easy to clean.
These gloves are really nice; they are super comfortable to wear and fit to size. I work out in these, and they support my wrist very well without any discomfort thanks to the comfy wrist wrap. I am very grateful for the strong grip on the gloves, which helps when lifting weights. They are lightweight and simple to put on and take off, which I appreciate. Men and women can use them, and I highly recommend them.
I recently received the Special Essentials Weightlifting Gym Gloves in black, size Large, and they have proven to be an excellent addition to my workout routine. My hands fall into the skinny to medium weight range, and the Large size provides a comfortable fit with good breathing room for my fingers. The gloves are designed to accommodate various hand sizes, and the adjustable wrist straps with Velcro closures ensure a secure fit, regardless of wrist size. One feature that stands out is the use of faux suede and other fabric with small holes for airflow. This design not only adds a stylish touch but also promotes breathability, preventing my hands from getting overly sweaty during intense workouts. The inner palm is lightly padded, providing a comfortable cushioning effect when lifting weights. The inclusion of a rubber-like material on the inner palm is a game-changer. It ensures a non-slip grip, adding to the overall stability and control during weightlifting sessions. This is particularly useful for me as I prefer not to touch gym equipment directly with my bare hands. The gloves contribute to a cleaner and more hygienic workout experience. Moreover, the gloves have significantly extended my weightlifting sessions by reducing hand fatigue. As someone dealing with carpal tunnel, the adjustable wrist straps allow me to customize the level of support needed for my wrists. This not only enhances comfort but also contributes to injury prevention. The black color of the gloves is a practical choice, as it doesn't show dirt easily. Cleaning them is a breeze – I toss them in the delicate cycle and use low heat in the dryer, and they come out in great condition each time. In conclusion, the Special Essentials Weightlifting Gym Gloves have exceeded my expectations. They offer a combination of comfort, breathability, non-slip grip, and adjustable support for wrists, making them an essential part of my gym gear. The durability and easy care also make them a practical and reliable choice for fitness enthusiasts. I highly recommend these gloves for anyone looking for quality workout gear that enhances performance and comfort.
I have been looking for a pair of weightlifting gloves for a while now. The ones I've tried in the past are just so uncomfortable. This pair from Special Essentials is just what I have been looking for. I love the material that is on the palm of the hand. It grips perfectly without grabbing too much onto the metal bar. If you lift, you know what I am talking about. You do not want it to stick but you do want it to hold on firmly. The height of the fingers hits me perfectly just right where my finger bends. I like the breathable fabric on the top of the hand and the fabric on the bottom does not make my hand too sweaty. The one thing that I didn't realize was going to be an issue when I started looking for a new pair of gloves, was the comfort around the wrist. The hook and loop closures at the wrist can be very irritating. The edges of the loop part can lift up and poke you in your skin. I do not have that problem with these at all. When I close the straps, they just feel nice and secure. Overall super pleased at the quality and value of these gloves.
No slip, quick dry gym/work gloves. These are awesome. Fingerless, with a no slip palm grip - perfect for chores. Wrist support strap keeps my wrists from tiring or getting strained. Premium quality. Super useful so I can still use my fingertips while I'm working / working out.
These gloves are pretty neat. A size large fits my small hands well enough. The grip on the palms is very grippy which makes lifting weights alot less rough on the hands. I especially like the extra fabric that covers some of the finger creases to prevent pinching. The velcro on the adjustable wrist bands is very strong.
I love my gloves. It provides the right grip and comfort when working out. Fits my hand perfectly. No slipping. The wrap around closure is also very secure. Didn't have to adjust it once. Plus they support my wrists. No complaints. Great product.
These are great for my weak wrists. Any exercise I do my wrist are uncomfortable due to pressure. Once I put the gloves the strap around the wrist is comfortable and great pressure for lifting weights and staying in place.
These are pretty nice, weightlifting gloves. They are made with heavy duty materials, that should last a long time. The palms of the glove are made with some grip. Each glove has a long wrist strap that you wrap around your wrist, which gives you extra support for lifting heavier weights. The gloves look really nice. The only thing I don't like is that they have an odor, probably from manufacturing. I am sensitive to smells, but if you aren't, certainly check these out.
These weightlifting gloves by Special Essentials arrived just in time for the start of the new year, as one of the new year's resolutions is to workout more, and get good use out of these gloves. The palm side of the gloves has a somewhat rubbery sticky texture for extra grip reducing any slippage, especially when lifting weights to fatigue. The straps that are built into the gloves wrap around the wrist and stay secured with Velcro keeping it snug, giving additional support to possibly lift more weight. If you have weak wrists, perhaps it's ideal, but then again you should work on strengthening the wrists anyways without the straps. I don't think it's necessary to have straps around the wrist, but that's just me. Also, the strap does get in the way of the smartwatch, as I had to move the watch further up away from the strap, which was annoying. Overall, these gloves are comfy, and fit firmly, as it has some stretch to it. The grip is excellent, but the strap is overkill and personally don't think it's really needed. I think I might go with regular gloves without the fancy straps next time, but the look and feel is great when lifting.
