Special Kitty Lightweight and Scoopable Clumping Cat Litter, Fresh Scent, 8.5 lb

This is a non clumping litter, so it doesn't form tight easily scooped balls, but it has no odor as long as you keep it scooped and change the urine soaked parts out daily. Be sure to use a scoop to put into the litterbox. If you pour it directly, there is a lot of dust.

This product is the most reasonably priced cat litter available and it is the reason why we buy it. However, it could be made better by the manufacturer to reduce the excessive amount of dust it produces. I've brought this to their attention before, but nothing has ever been done to IMPROVE the dust issue!

I have been buying this brand of litter for years. My cat doesn't have a problem using the clay litter. I recently purchased two bags to donate to the shelter where I adopted her from and will order more again for my cat and the shelter.

It does shoot up dust when you pour it out of the bag, it is non-clumping as stated, but is easy to clean up, and great to use in litter boxes for cats and the bottom of rabbit pen cages in the slid out trays under the rabbit wire.

all 4 of my cats have only used this litter. it says "dust free" but it isn't. it is very dusty at first but after it's been used once it's not dusty. I've never had any friends or family say my house smells like cat. i don't like the clumping version because it sticks to their paws and i find it in the carpet in the hall way. but i buy 2 bags a month and scoop it and top it off before needing to throw all the litter away.

When your on a budget and have 3 cats this kitty litter is fine. Yes it has a little dust after pouring it into litter box but it goes away. And when kitty gets out of box it gets trapped between their toes, i just put down a mat or towel in front of the box problem solved, all litter does that.

This was a good deal for the price and since new kitties can't use the clumping kind this is what we chose. However, if I had a complaint, it would be the dust! I actually used a mask when dumping this into pan after having a coughing fit the first time.

Very reasonably priced cat litter. This is for those on a tight budget. Mid-level quality litter. It does the job-period. No bells and whistles here. It's a basic product in which you get your monies worth.

We have used this product for over 10 years, but it has more than doubled in less than 5 years. It used to be $4 pre/during COVID for 25 pounds, up to about 2022. Now it is almost $10 for 20 pounds. That is outrageous and IS A 200% INCREASE in about 3 years-ish. GROSS. You can buy Tidy Cat 20 lb for $6 at PetSmart- go there as this is an ultimate rip off of rip offs!!!! It is simple, basic, and nothing fancy- basically ROCKS.

Why wouldn't you serve it for something else? Why do y'all do me like that every time because they're too lazy to ask me this is one of the main items I needed put my money back on my card!!!!
