Use it with my new iPad mini 5. I use this daily. Love the little "shelves" that enable me to prop it up to easily see regardless of my position. The elastic closure ensures it stays closed when I am carrying it about. And the color is great. Best iPad cholder I have ever had (and I have had several).

I purchased my second Balance Folio for my new iPad mini 5. I loved the first one I bought and did not look any further than Speck for my next purchase. I appreciate the secure, rigid case as a protection from dropping and the adjustable viewing angles makes it so easy to use my device while sitting, standing, and lying down. THE perfect gift that i will use for years to come. The case fits the iPad mini exactly, keeping it snug and free from harm. It's surface is smooth and easy to clean with a damp wipe. The iPad itself, is so slim without the case, it is almost difficult to hold, so this case makes it easy to hold, easy to carry and easy to pack for travel. I couldn't enjoy the iPad without my Balance FOLIO case. It's perfect!

This comes very close to being the perfect case for my iPad mini. After 3 years of constant use, it has got a little "saggy", so I have replaced it with exactly the same model. It has done a great job of protecting the iPad when it travels with me and from inevitable falls, and it props it up in several very useful ways. I have two wishes: (1) that it could also prop the iPad up in vertical orientation, and (2) that Speck made the identical case for my phone! (iPhone SE, if anyone is listening.)

Like this case. It's thin, very scratch resistant, and lightweight. It replaced a thicker and heavy case so I'm happy. I don't use the stand up feature so I'm not able to comment on that. But definitely would recommend from a usefulness, durability and quality perspective.

I love this iPad case it keeps the iPad securely in place. The snap closure on the side protects the iPad if it drops because the case stays closed. My previous case did not have that feature. When I dropped the case it flew open and the iPad hit the ground and the screen got cracked.

Whenever my Balance FOLIO breaks, (from my rough handling, not due to any defective workmanship that I can see) I just get another one, and it lasts years.... I don't even bother looking at any other product. My wife and son each have one for their iPads as well.
