SPECSTAR 19-in-1 Bread Maker Machine, Automatic Fruit and Nut Dispenser, 2 Lb Capacity

I made some wonderful bread the first time that I used it. It's in great shape obviously brand new they have recipes in it. It has a way to add nuts and fruit to it automatically without you having to do anything different. Basically, you just said it to this the bread you're making the color you want the bread to be how big you want it to be it's got three settings and turn it on it. Is that easy?

BUT THE DIRECTIONS SUCK FOR MAKING BREAD. I USE A BREAD COOK BOOK FOR BREAD MACHINES. NEVER WOULD USE THE ONES IN THE BOOK. THE ONE GOOD THING ABOUT THIS BOOK IS THE PICTURES OF WHEN YOU HAVE THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF FLOUR OR LIQUID. I HAVE HAD OTHER BREAD MACHINES SO IT WAS EASIER FOR ME. BUT A NEW BEE WOULD GET LOST IN THE DIRECTIONS.

I like this machine. I can't love it (yet). But I'm working n the possibility. It has a sleek look. Not too heavy. I bought it because of its many uses. I like the handle and the option for adding nuts etc-though I haven't used that feature attachment yet. This machine makes really good breads and doughs-perfectly. The yogurt function was a fail for me-not sure why yet. It is easy to use, but only because I've used bread machines for decades and pretty much know what to do. I usually wear the machines out. My only issue with this purchase is the lack of recipes and proper instructions. A novice would struggle with knowing what to do and how to use it by relying in the limited to non-existent directions and recipes. Not to mention that some of the recipes are in the incorrect order and do not correspond correctly with the numbered selections on the machine. Be aware of this when using the little booklet. If the manufacturer could update the booklet or provide a better recipe book to suit the machine, then I would 100% love and recommend it!

The measurements are all in metric. but the. main reason is s that the machine does not work. I have had a few bread machines in the past, one for 20 years, but never had problems. like this one..
