When I get ready to assemble something I bought online, I have this small hope that this time, no damage, all the parts are there, it fits together, the instructions are intelligible and it looks great. Unfortunately I seem willing to accept shortcomings for the sake of low price and convenience. These railings were a great experience. Packaging was great, instructions made sense in good English, all the parts were there; even extras of everything! Every tool needed was there; even a masonry bit to attach the rails to concrete. Assembly was easy and fast. If all of this wasn't enough, they look great, they are sturdy and the price was great. Well done.

These railings are beautiful. I mean they're heavyweight solid, with all the hardware you could possibly need with you're mounting concrete or wood very high-quality and very cost compared to everything else is out there. These are easily adjustable. I would not hesitate to buy these. I've actually bought three sets of them now.

I love the hand rails, now feel more confident about going up and down the steps off the deck wish I would have ordered sooner most definitely will recommend them to others

To be honest, I haven't installed them yet, but I've opened them up put them out of the box looked out and felt them and they looked to be extremely well-made very heavyweight. Very good quality and I think they'll hold up just fine.

the stair rails are great. safety accomplished. one thing wrong with them is they get really hot in the. sun.

The drill bit was missing had the tiube for drill bit nut no bit also missing 8 bolts need 16 to install only had 8

I bought this to put up for my husband who had back surgery, but it has been a terrible project. I have brick steps and concrete walkway. I will admit that I have never drilled into concrete before, but I have done many building projects. There was no guide for the holes, so I made one from cardboard. Next the anchors once placed are nearly impossible to remove if misplaced. Do not buy if using for concrete or brick! The paint chips and scratches very easily. This has been my least favorite project ever! I wish I had known how frustrating this project would be. It has been so emotionally and back breakingly hard to put together. I should have hired a professional. Three stars because it came with all parts and was inexpensive.
