The birds were a little standoffish at first but now they're enjoying it. Of course I didn't read any instructions and had to figure out for myself that I needed to shorten the straws. It's too deep for the little birds but my crow buddies are just fine.
This is a great deck-mounted bird bath or fountain. It's the perfect size for a deck railing. It's stable after installation. The solar fountain piece comes with three heads for different fountain patterns, and three settings for the fountain spray height. The only thing to note is that the solar piece does not store energy. The fountain only operates when the sun is shining directly on it. This isn't a big deal for me.
The little birdbath is very attractive. IIam waiting for the birds to find it. I may have to move it. The only thing I didn't find excellent was the wonky "instruction" pamphlet.
Great for all the birds, squirrels and chipmunks even neighborhood cats love it too. Cleans easily. I have 2 of them to keep all the backyard critters happy.
Cute! Easy to put together and set up. I also bought a copper disc to put in the dish to keep the water cleaner for now. Excited for Spring!
I bought this birdbath to go with the birdfeeder that I have and it is beautiful very nicely made very sturdy.
Took me a couple of days to figure out that the fountain needs much sun to power out, but it's cute and once it has enough solar power the little fountain works pretty well. Only downfall is that the larger birds knocked the fountain over in the second day.
The only issue is the fountain gets plugged has to be cleaned. I use an old toothbrush. My wife loves it. Fountain for the birds they love it
wastes a lot of water. frequently overspills from the fountain spraying. functions great but dont enjoy constant need to add water
