Best breast pump available! I love this pump as an exclusive pumper. The rechargeable Battery means I can accomplish a few things while I pump and that is a huge deal when you pump as much as I do. I have the S1 and the S2. I like the S2 but I love the S1 due to the Battery, totally worth the extra money. The suction is great and I like the letdown mode it helps me express more milk. The only think I would change is the connections come lose easily, I wish the connection was stronger.

They sent me an item that was previously opened, with the tamper proof seal torn, that was clearly rummaged through. The box that it came in was also damaged. This is a medical device, so it was completely acceptable to not have gone through a quality control process. To make matters worse, the company will not issue a replacement device, it has to be returned and then reordered, which leaves us at the mercy of their return process and another lengthy shipping process (it took 9 days to deliver after the order was processed) for something that we needed for our newborn urgently.
