Spectracide Triazicide Insect Killer for Lawns, Granules Kill Lawn-Damaging Insects, 20 lb

I use this annually by sprinkling around the perimeter of my house. I also use it on hot spots in the grass where I have had damage to chinch bugs or other misc bugs. Throughout the year, I spread this in my grass to ward off fleas and ticks. It works, and it's inexpensive--win, win!

I buy a big bag every year and use a spreader to apply before a rain. I also spray the perimeter every 90 days and have a bag of fire ant mound killer on hand for when they pop up after a rain. No one product is going to chase bugs away permenantly-takes several products and maintenance. Shame the price keeps going up.

Had 2 different exterminators treating for odorous house ants. Still had occasional breakthrough infestations. The bug guy would give us Terro ant baits. The bug guy couldn't get rid of the bugs so I got Spectracide Triazicide and got rid of the bug guy. Followed directions and laid a perimeter around the house and foundation. 4 months in and still no bugs. Wife's happy which makes me happy.

i like to apply it heavy in the spring, so it is effective all thru the summer. it kills grubs and army wirms whike they are still in the pupae stage before the can fo much damage. i usually go back over my lawn with the hose end application a couple of times thru late spring and later summer. this helps control chiggers, moths, mosquitos, and aphids

I have a fire ant infestation on 6.5 acres. My grandson and I have been fighting them for over 5 yrs. You can never completely get rid of them. But, this does a very good job when applied at the right time. It works when you apply it right before a rain. After the rain, they are dead, and the mound is destroyed. Over the years, we have destroyed hundreds of mounds. There are other methods, but this works best on a large scale for me.

I probably use too much per application but want to be sure it discourages chinch bugs and sod webworms from making my yard their home. Also noticed no ants. We have many feral cats that hang out (thanks to my neighbor) and it helps with fleas too.

Bought this item to get rid of grubs in my yard as they are food source for moles which i had a problem with got rid of their food source and they moved on else where just make sure after you apply product water it into lawn well so that it will reach area where grubs live have used this product in the past usually works well for me

My husband uses this on our property mainly for fire ants. He believes it to be effective and it seems to work on killing them. When we find a mound we apply the Triazicide, and the next day there's no activity. We don't have problems with grubs in our horse pastures or lawn areas. Best of all it doesn't smell like products using orthene.

Applied product to lawn last week, and since a lot of heavy rain falls here in Salina KS area causing the grass to grow rapidly, covering up any visible signs of insect infestations. This may be a sign that this product is effective and doesn't hurt the grass itself. Therefore, i would recommend using this product. However, I'll probably limited the use because of the bird migrations in this area. The black birds, Robins flock and feed inside my grass, especially after mowing. contaminating insects of which the birds thrives off could be harmful. Customer
