I have used this for years for the control of all common bugs, pests. I had several tragedys happen and I had forgot to put it out for three years and started getting pests in the house. I hired an exterminator and have been paying them monthly. When I realized I had put this out in three years I ordered a bag! The creepy crawling issue WILL be solved now!
If this product was not quite as expensive it would be great i think. I use this every year on my entire yard. I put it out by hand so that i can get good coverage (i prob use way too much, but i don't wanna pick up fleas %26 ticks just walking thru my yard). The product states it works all season %26 i will not disagree. Sum times i will reapply very near the end of summer(1st application right as it starts to get warm) just to make sure. i rarely have an issue with fleas %26 ticks in my yard, and i also rarely see any snakes in my yard( i do not know for sure that is due to this but i don't think it hurts), if it was a bit cheaper it would be even better, but nothing is less expensive these days
This product really and truly worked for any type of insect on your lawn.I used it all the time.I highly recommend it.When apply make sure you water lawn after you put it on.
I just made some holes in the top of a plastic container to make a shaker applicator that is fine for my small yard. I had a serious problem with the many kinds of Florida ants all seeming to have become immune to the usual top brand sprays and I was skeptical that this would pay off but it does work, it just is not effective until it rains on the granules unless you spray them with a hose. Big bag, small yard means this will last me several years. I have not noticed any effects on the many frogs and lizards in my yard. They are all still happy. There seems to be no dust when pouring the granules and that is a plus for your safety.
It takes care of my garden pretty good. It doesn't hurt anything other than the pests. I apply it at least 3 months apart but I'm going to apply it on the 2nd month apart this time for the ants.
It's good to put in your yard it keeps the fleas out of my house and off of my dogs have used for years and I don't have to use flea medicine on my dogs
I used the entire bag on a 5,000 sq ft Texas lawn early March (I plan two yearly applications) and lightly watered it in as directed. It does have a pungent odor that dissipates in a few days. Granules turned whitish afterwards but did not stain concrete, etc. Crickets left the lawn immediately and did not live long afterwards. Did not have a single fire ant mound unlike other years after the rains. Beetles don't make it far before they go belly up. Was not directly effective on mature scorpions, I still have to deal with that "manually" but does take food sources away. I will put one more treatment down June-July to deal with the Japanese beetle plague around here but so far so good. Still have friendly spiders and a healthy lizard population as I was concerned how this might affect them long term.
Pest control tech checked black circle on our lawn. Said it may be fungus or cricket moles. Bought this product from a friend's recommendation. They said it worked for them, so thought it would work for us. The black circle seems to be fading away. So it seems to be working. Will continue checking.
It doesn't work like it is claimed to do. It says 7 months of control of insects. I don't think it gave me 7 days. And money back guarantee? Better save the bag just in case because well. Nope.
The picture and description stated that fleas and ticks and fire ants were included in the list of insects that would be killed by this product. when the bag arrived the description on the front of the bag was different than the picture and the back of the bag also does not include fleas in this batch. I've used this type of product for years it has always said fleas were included in what the chemical takes care of.
