Easy Flaxseed!
I love putting flaxseed in my oatmeal...as well as pancakes, cookies, and other baked goods. Having it pre-ground makes it so much quicker and easier to use, and the zip-lock bag is perfect for storing it in the refrigerator between uses. Love it!

Love Spectrum Flax Seed
I have only had Spectrum ground Flax Seed, but I never tried another brand because my husband and I so Love the taste of this brand! As others said , use it in everything. Including our salads, meatloaf, and many others! A wonderful taste that complements pretty much anything you like. ENJOY!
