I really like these ground seeds. They are so much more convenient than the whole seeds, and work so much better than the gel caps.

I ordered the 24 oz but received 14 oz. took forever to get here so I'll keep them. I eat these flax seeds every morning and they are delicious.

Although Spectrum makes very good ground flax seeds, they have failed to respond to complaints about the poor seals that are used to fasten the bag closed, after it is opened. We have to use clips to hold the bags closed, since the seals break off on one side after one or two uses. This shows that there is poor quality control in the manufacture of the bags and Spectrum doesn't care! We say this after reporting the problem by phone to Spectrum's Customer Service staff and not seeing any change in the quality of the bag seals. We are currently looking into other brands.
