Speed Queen FF7 3.5 cu ft Front Load Washing Machine with Pet Plus

I love my new Speed Queen; it is better than I expected. We care for my husband's elderly parents, and we have multiple loads of laundry daily. This machine makes my daily chore of laundry a breeze.

Love! Love, my Speed Queen washer and dryer performance! Just a few things I wish they would consider to change or improve. The dispenser for the laundry liquids needs to be made of a heavier material, It would also be nice to have a light for the washer tub. And, is there a reason for a plastic latch on the dryer door, instead of a metal latch?

Very nice washer! Being made in the USA had a big impact on why we purchased it.

Extremely happy with my Front Load Speed Queen Washer! I look forward to adding the dryer. Clothes are clean & multi cycles are perfect for delicate & sports clothing. It is slightly loud due when filling …however I think it is a quality product! Love It!

Fabulous washer-- gets clothes cleaner and in less time. Makes doing laundry not such a drag! Plus it's rock solid-- no getting out of balance or "walking" across the laundry room

I really wrestled with the decision to spend so much on a washing machine. But, I'm really glad I did. It has considerably less capacity, however everything fits!! I can even wash a king sized comforter in it!! And it's so quiet, plus it washes in half the time as my old frontloader. I am very happy with this purchase!

It took me some time to make the purchase due to price but now wish I would have made the decision much earlier. Everything is so much cleaner with far less water being used and the spin cycle removes more water, which means less drying time. My energy bill has gone down and much less water is going into septic system/drain field. That's a huge win!

Our washer broke within 3 weeks of using it. The code shown was “do” which according to the manual indicated the door was open. We did the DIY solution but that did not fix the issue. We contacted the place we purchased it from and a service call was performed. The issue was a connection came loose to the door latch. This was due to poor workmanship on the build of the washer at the factory. Something I did not expect from buying a Speed Queen.

With all the hipe about this product I expected so much more. I have had a repairman out 2times waiting on 3rd visit to maybe solve the issue. We will see.

I've had a leaky detergent drawer immediately after purchase. It took 3 visits and a delay due to parts on backorder to have service completed. For 2 months I had soapy water leaking onto my floor at the washer. Following the new parts replacement, the machine has a new squeaking noise. The company that sold/repaired said not to worry since 5 year warranty. I think once the 5 years is up the washer will require expensive repair and won't be worth it. I bought Speed Queen because I thought it was built to last. From everything I've experienced in first 6 months, I question its longevity.
