Buy at least to try it on your face and shaving...
Worth the price of admission. Bit expensive, but does help prep the hairs for rotary shavers. Still have an issue with the stiff white hairs and partially ingrown black (stiffer) hairs, but definitely an improvement.

Effective, fresh and crisp pre-shave
Speick pre-shave sets up your skin and raises beard hair to be shaved closer. It has a subtle fresh scent that fades to blend in with an after shave. This is a top quality product. Highly recommend.

Worth the money
This pre-shave provides all the usual glide assistance. But more importantly to me is that it eliminates the mildew smell buildup common on electric shavers. Nice scent that is gone by the end of your shave.

This works perfect as an electric shaver pre and aftershave. It has a light aroma that my wife loves. Not to strong or overpowering with just a hint of lavender and (In her words) very manly

Great pre-shave lotion
I rinse my face with warm water first. Apply lotion which softens beard and makes it stand up leading to a quick shave. Leaves the skin smooth and smelling great.

Do not recommend.
I found this pre-shave lotion to be much less effective than other much less expensive lotions. The shaver does NOT glide over my face. (And there is no fragrance.) Do not recommend.
