This is a great item and especially for the price you get it for through Walmart. I use to Manage Footlocker and this was one of our number one seller. Their prices was a lot higher and sometimes hard to locate the right size. But shopping through Walmart has made this a wonderful experience for me. I have been using this product for several years. I remove the insole from my athletic shoes & insert these. I incurred a debilitating injury from a pair of newly purchased women's all leather New Balance shoes. Due to a defect on the upper portion of the shoe, I am unable to wear any shoe that doesn't have a soft (cloth) rim. These absorb the shock of walking pavement. They provide overall stability which is highly important to my balance. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Years back, Consumer Reports compared these to other replacement insoles. These were better than other much more expensive "after market" models. I have used them ever since in all my running shoes. If you have a medium to high arch, these will put a spring in your step. There is a very supportive arch on these. If you are flat-footed, you'll need a flat insole.

Great support for all your shoes. I actually need to order a couple more. I put these liners in all my shoes. Just remove the ones that are already in and replace with Spenco liners.

I'm on my feet all day at work. I started having arch and heel pain. I have tried about 5 different shoe pad supports. These worked the first day. I am going to purchase more.

I've used these for decades and have run 140 marathons with them. IMO the best aftermarket insoles available.

Much larger and longer that the size described on line. Sizing is way off.
