Excellent+
I spend over 10 hours on my feet at work. I'm over weight, and now when i get home I no longer feel feet or knee pain. I have an extra bone on my right heel that causes me a lot of pain when I am on my feet for a long period of time. I've had to buy some really expensive snickers to help with the pain. now i am using regular snickers and ever since i got this i haven't felt the pain. They are comfortable. The price of this product is nothing compared to the amazing benefits that it provides.

Excellent addition to your running shoes
i have used these inserts for years and love them.....They last a really long time....The reason I like these is they are thicker and give me bounce due to thickness...the newer styles are not thick enough in my opinion....I run everyday and have for years and I have to wonder if these have contributed to keeping my knees and legs from hurting. Highly recommend.

Spenco Polysorb Heavy Duty Insole
This are the best insoles that I have used. Take out the ones that come with the shoes and you will feel the difference. Price at Walmart is cheaper than most other places, even cheaper than Ebay

Great insoles
I read a lot of reviews on a lot of insoles, and these had a high rating. I ordered them, and they definitely live up to their reputation for standing on concrete all day!! Thanks Spenco and Walmart!

very nice
These are a bit high for my sketchers. However, I feel wonderful wearing them. I teach and I can walk up and down the hall numerous times and I fee like I am on air. I have had lots of feet/leg issues and these are super. Thank you. If you get them just be prepared to use the in a higher shoe.

I thought they would have more of an arch support. They doesn't. They're also very hard to insert or remove due to their construction.

Good cushioning not much support
Lots of cushioning and adds a spring to your step. No joke. There's almost to much cushion that it lacks support
