true garlic taste
this is the best tasting garlic powder i used. the taste is pure garlic and ground to a fine powder. does great when mixing in sauce or used on bread when making garlic bread

Good favored garlic and seems fresher than some!
This one makes great garlic bread! The onion one is great for sandwiches or dips!

Very strong smell
Powder dust too fine, would have liked better slightly bigger grains. Also it smells SO strong that I cannot keep it in the pantry, but I have to leave it on the kitchen counter in a sealed bag. Price is fair for being organic. All in all, a good buy.
