Spider-Man Bust Bank

Excellent figure of Spider-Man in an action pose. One of the best I've seen.

I bought this bank for my son's 6th birthday and he loves it. It's bigger than I thought it would be and better than a piggy bank shipped like a pig in a spiderman custom like I thought about looking for till I saw this.

Well made. The price was very reasonable and shipping was very fast.

Realistic Spider-Man bank thrilled my 9 year-old grandson. It's very well made and nicely detailed, the fingers, muscles and action pose are all expertly designed. My Grandson LOVES this bank and enjoys saving quarters!

I purchased two for my grandkids. One of them an arms fell off at the joint when removing it from the box. I was able to glue it with some Fix All and he hasn't had any other issues. He loves it. Nice size and sturdy other than the original problem. The paint detailing is nice too.

I purchased the hulk bust bank from Walmart.com last year for my hulk obsessed son and it was so well made, big, and had very realistic features also unlike typical banks it was very durable and just one of those things that is going to last throughout his childhood and beyond so I assumed spider-man would be the same. This spider-man one is just as detailed and visually appealing but it was about 30% smaller than hulk so it probably would work best more as a decoration or for saving pocket money or bigger bills rather than holding many $1 bills and large amounts of change. If I hadn't seen the hulk one I think I would have liked it much better so if you're a real fan you will like it regardless. We presented it to my older son (the spider-man lover) on his birthday and the forearm broke off as we were handing it over to him. I was very disappointed because I had already had to overcome the smallish size only to have it break as we were gifting it. My son was okay with it and he says he really really loves it and that's why I gave it 3 starts because he liked the authentic look and detail so at the end of the day that is mostly all that matters to me but I kinda think the developers got lazy on the spider-man bank design. Hulk arms are built into the base and made using unbreakable plastic. Even though Spiderman had the same unbreakable design they instead decided to use separate pieces and glue on his forearms for some reason, maybe the neat pose stance is what motivated the glued on forearms, it's possible they were unable to create that stance from a traditional mold but you'd think they would use a better glue or maybe melt it together or something I don't know. Though it's a bit smaller it is esthetically exceptional, nice price, and would be an awesome gift if it were attached better.

I like the bank I bought online but the arm joint was broken. I picked it up in time to wrap it and when my grandson opened it, he did not notice the broken arm, he is only 5, but all the adults did right away. He would not let me take it from him, he is a Spiderman fanatic, so we used black electricians tape to fix it and made it look like Spiderman was wearing an arm band. I don't think I will order online again.
