This has to be the best braided line I've used. I've pulled in quite a few trout and reds, including a couple of Bull Reds, 38in. & 39in., on this line (40lb.) with no problem. No digging in on the reel and to my surprise I was able to cast out much, much further with this braid than any other line I've used before, with ease. There's no memory to this line whatsoever from what I've experienced. I've been using this line for saltwater fishing for quite some time now and still haven't had to trim off any due to fraying or weakness in it. Like they say, nothing gets away. Very satisfied!!!

Great product

I switched to the SpiderWire Stealth Braid on one of my poles to try it out. Wow, what a difference. It casts farther, it's incredibly sensitive, and very strong. It also holds knots good, as long as you tie them correctly. Now, every pole I have had this braid on it.

Very strong line. Only downside is that u make sure u do not use spiderwire with ceramic guides on your rod.it will slowly make a groove in them. Make sure to use a rod with metal guides. That being said, I prefer spiderwire to any other line because of strength and durability

Actually did not buy this for fishing. But it weathers well and has good tensile strength. I used it to completely repair an awesome set of wind chimes I had gotten for my folks for their 50th anniversary when the old strings began giving out a few years back. In addition to it's strength and weathering, it ties off well with no problems unraveling. It works well and even if I have to this every 5 years, there is enough on the spool for at least 5 repairs. Got to love it!
