Best for popcorn
Vege-Sal greatly improves the taste of popcorn. Sprinkle on the popped corn. Also good on salads and vegetables. I like microwaved frozen French fries.

Awesome Salt
I have a kidney transplant since 2005 and this excellent Salt is the one I always use. It is not plain salt or a salty salt, is savory salt with much less sodium than regular salt and a lot of natural flavors for seasoning I truly and love this product :)

The spike that I received Is not original it is highly seasoned with salt, so much that it's unusable
