[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love seeing that the same old characters that I grew up with in the Original Clue game were still in this one. My kid was thrilled to pull this out and play with me; thankfully she had played it before so so knew the rules, which are different than the original. It may be giant, but I was still able to sit and play. She liked it and it got the family playing together so it gets an A+ from me. She says her favorite parts are the funny props (tools) that are the replacement of the original weapons.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love games the whole family can enjoy so were excited to try Giant Clue! It combines the mystery solving of the traditional game with some hands-on exploring clues to try to catch whodunit. It's easy to learn and fun for all ages!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These giant twist versions of games are so fun ! the clue game is awesome. you have huge cards your working with and a pass around spin wheel instead of a traditional board game . if you have little wiggly kids this is perfect for them as can spread out and do your thing while playing this game. it was a ton of fun
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fun way to play hide and seek with giant game pieces. I'm in love and the entire family is as well. What I love so much about this improved concept is that I grew up playing this game. Now I can play this interactive game with my kids.
We liked everything about the game. My 8 year old caught on how to play easily. The pieces were sturdy and the game went quick. It was a different from the original clue game but had the same feel with the rooms, people and weapons. Only negative comment are the directions. How do you play the action cards? No where in the rules does it explain this. The swap card is the culprit! Do you swap a card with another player? Do you blind swap or get to choose there card? OR do you swap a card with another one on the board in one of the rooms? I guess you can do either. Probably better to swap with a card on the board since you would know what is in the room once you have investigated it. Spin Master Games please tell us what the goal of this card is since it is no where in the instructions.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Giant Clue game was so fun! I was excited to introduce my kids to one of my favorite childhood games. I really like this twist on the game. It is a little different than the original board game but we all caught on quickly. I feel like the huge game pieces really make it more fun for kids. This is a great addition to our family game collection!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] CLUE Giant Edition is a great game for the whole family- it's like the Clue you grew up playing, just BIGGER and with a few twists. The larger than life pieces seem very durable and are appropriate for indoors or outside. This game is perfect for parties, family gatherings, or just a friendly game night.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Clue Giant Edition is a super cute and fun game! It puts a family friendly twist on the original game, removing the murder aspect, and also replacing Mrs. White with Dr. Orchid. My husband and I did do a trial round before bringing in the kids, to get a hang of the new rules, as it's a little different from the original Clue Game. The kids really enjoyed the large pieces, and got a kick from them as well (especially the chicken). All in all, this is a really fun, family friendly game, that we will be playing again!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just tried this out as a family. If you like the style of the original "Clue" game then you will find that this is a bit different. It is friendlier for kids because there is no "solving a murder" to be done, but rather collecting a matching set of items. Setup was easy on hardwood floors because the room pieces laid flat, and the make-up of the game was good quality. I think this is a really good game for kids and parents who want to join in. Be prepared to read the instructions a few times to get the hang it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was a horribly confusing game. Directions were vague. It never explained what each action card would be used for. The arrows on the magnifying glass are confusing depending on which side of it you are sitting on. 2 adults and a 10 year old were so frustrated playing the game. I kept moving back and forth between two squares. My husband and son ended up next to each other and just kept bumping each other out of the rooms every turn. It just didn't make sense.
