There's no sugar or calories but it has electrolytes that are good for the organism. Not just it's quenching the thirst but it's nourishing our body. I didn't really expect it to arrive in a standard 16.9 oz water bottle. However, I knew I couldn't judge a book by its cover. When I first taste the Refresher Berry Flavored water, it had just the right amount of sweetness. The wild berry itself didn't blow me away because I felt like it tasted like other brands I've had in the past. It did leave a different aftertaste in my mouth from the sweetener that was used in the product. Overall, I wasn't as blown away with this product, but it was still pretty good. Would it be something I would drink again if it was available to me? Yes! Would this be on the top of the list for “must haves?” No.

I am going to try more to see what the other flavors are like. Also, it is in a sturdier bottle than most waters, so it didn't squish when I was drinking.
