I love that it actually gets my darker roots and brings them up to the rest of my hair not just makes it a darker shade of the dye. Its brilliant and definitely worth every penny and then some. I mix this with another shade of red, usually a L'Oréal Féria and I get a different result everytime and always receive compliments everywhere I go….. I have dark hair and this is the only way the red color will take is if I mix a box of this lift with another dark shade of red. Love, love, love it. I've been using this same color and method for 12 years now. As long as this color has been on the shelf!!!!

If you have dark hair and looking for an adventurous colorful hair dye without having to bleach your hair, this stuff absolutely does the trick. my hair was dark reddish brown, and made it a beautiful blue/green!!! Gotta try this stuff if you like adventurous and different colors. i remember when got2b hair color used to be not so great, now its arguably the best box dye ive ever tried. i usually get the more expensive stuff you mix yourself from sallys beauty supply or other places, but wow this really impressed me.

Love this product. It lifted my black hair color right out and I was left with a beautiful reddish hair color. It lasted for about 6 to 8 months. Color did fade after 3 months but it was still noticable outside and still looked good.

At first when I put it on it looked like Orange I was afraid ;( I parted my hair got ready do dye it put vaseline around my back neck for head and ears so the dye won't stick to my skin I put the mixture into a bowl and use the dye brush and over everything and use a old shirt I did the roots first a strand of a time and let it for at least 5 mins then i did the rest of the hair put a plastic bag over the head I think it comes with it and just seat an relax don't take it out too soon wait at least an hour then rinse it off real good but remember to cover everything because it does gets messy before you color your hair always remember to put vaseline because the dye is hard to get off your skin be patient give it time to get into your hair real good everyone I know loves the color on me ;)

I have a mohawk, so using any dye I'm used to my scalp also being dyed. I was pleasantly surprised when I had only 1 spot of dye anywhere that didn't immediately wash off. My pillow case didn't even get dyed! Not only that, the color was as expected, did not wash out immediately like I feared, and is still going strong almost 2 weeks and several washings later. It seems to be similar or maybe less damaging than bleaching/dying too. This is amazing. I was skeptical, but I'm sold!

I LOVE how it lifts and deposits vibrant color in one application!!! It's getting hard to find. I hope they're changing package design and not discontinuing this color!!!🤎

I would only recommend this item if this is truly the color purple you want. Not the best brightest purple but it was pretty. Going back to the blue tho for now.

Bought the double lift permeant color i red thinking it would be as advertised and really be a permeant color. What a total LIE. Colored my hair as directed and they color was just as it was advertised on the box. I rinsed and rinsed but the water never went clear. So I dried my hair ad went about my day that is when the true nightmare began. The next weeks would be full of crying and regret. It has been 3 weeks and the color is still bleeding out of my hair, it has ruined towels , bath mats, shower curtain and even my shirt. I can't go out in the rain because as soon as my hair gets wet it bleeds down my shirt weeks later. I can't go swimming because it bleeds out in the pool. There is nothing that sees to stop this nightmare. I contacted support and they told me all the colors they sell are really semi permeant DO NOT BELIVE THE LIE THEY PRINT ON THE BOX. Steer clear

I don't know if I got a bad batch .. the cream part of the formula was so goopy and hard to get into the container.. this was applied so carefully and thoroughly and there's so many spots that didn't take. very disappointed. don't recommend.
