I love Splenda in the granulated form. I can serve it just like regular sugar in my milk and sugar combo and make it part of the more formal table. So far, using sugar substitute was always a hassle because you end up with little paper packages on a nice table and that ends up looking out of place. So getting the granulated variety and being able to fill it into one of my sugar containers made the table complete. Plus, because it is SPlenda, the taste was no different than with regular sugar. I had no idea that you could use splenda for all different kinds of recipes. This is one of the better sugar replacers I have tried so far! There isn't really an after taste, only when eaten raw and its not so much after taste as realizing it isn't sugar! I think splenda is a really great substitute for regular sugars especilly when baking and cooking and its definitly a healthier alternative.
