I got this set to practice Sha Gua on my face and upper body. This practice is used to clear your lymph nodes through out your body, resulting in less swelling and a sleeker, slimmer looking face (without having to go on a diet!) I just started, and have already noticed a difference,

Part Of Morning Routine
Use it everyday to with my castor oil. My face is looking so much better, more defined, and my skin feeling more smooth and flexible. Puffiness under my eyes finally leaving, jaw line is on point :)

The Jade is real!
This is made from real jade, which surprised me, since the rose quartz version was really hard rubber. Excellent quality!

Nice Gift
The items come in a vacuum packet plastic bag, so it isn't very presentable as a gift. I will open the bag and put it in a bag with tissue when I am ready.
