This fit my camper shell just fine

This is a well made, sturdy product that should serve me needs well. I had talked to the technical group at Forest River regarding proper installation of the rack system..In fact, they recommended this particular model. Walmart shipped the rack right away and shipping was free Walmart's price was far below any other vendor I found on the internet. My only complaint is that the instructions are not..The instructions consist of line drawings without any detail that indicates the exact part to use at any given step. There were numerous parts included that simply seem to have no use at all. The rack weighs about 30 - 35 lbs and is very solid. It took about 45 minutes to complete the installation..We leave next week for an extended vacation trip..I'll be more able to evaluate the rack after that trip. nathan

This system seems to be solid (I already had one set up installed) and needed a second for another camper top. I needed this to install today for a trip in 4 days. But like many other reviews I have seen on it, the directions are terrible and it shipped with none of the mounting hardware. Can't this company figure this out? Are they simply ignoring all their reviews? After much wasted time and two rounds with Walmart's chat bot, I finally got a refund. I went back and ordered another one hoping that this one ships with all the parts in the box. But it is too late for this trip since it will arrive the day I leave and we all know how reliable those dates are. Very disappointed with SportRacks lack of attention to detail. It could just be that their packaging is terrible and the parts fall out. But they really need to figure that aong with taking some time and providing good directions.
