Comparable to other creatine and finely-ground
The packaging is high quality. The powder is finely ground so it dissolves easily. I mix this with my energy drinks already so cannot speak to taste or energy levels; but since, I switched my old creatine to this one, I haven't noticed any decreased side effects so it must be working.

Best Creatine
The best Creatine out there ! It doesn't have a weird taste ! It dissolves in coffee with no problem! I been on it for half a year and it helps me stay toned and keeps me focused.! Would recommend!

I mix this creatine in my coffee every single morning. It dissolves quickly and leaves no weird flavor or texture. I recommend anyone trying to add this as a daily supplement to try it. I have been using it for over a year and the benefits are great.

Affordable fitness
Most affordable Creatine I've found on the market. Might be able to find it a buck or two cheaper online, but convenient to buy it right along with my weekly groceries. I put 1 star for taste cause it is flavorless.

This appears to be an easy to use product from a very trustworthy brand but it is to difficult to measure with no measuring spoon. How much is a serving and what source is measuring spoon gives that serving?

Creatine Capsules
These have been great so far. I take 5g a day and don't have any issues. Typically take either before a workout, or right before bed if not working out that day, since creatine makes me gassy.

It's good. Easy soluble
Unlike some of the other sports research products, Its not clear if this creatine product worth the extra dollars given similar quality from ON and other brands can be cheaper choice with similar quality. Otherwise it's a good quality product

I ordered this on January 2. After no updates for a week and a half, I contacted support. Support got back to me three days later to say they would ship a new package and send me a message. It is now 2 days later, the start of a long weekend with no further response. Will not order from this company again.
