Sports Research D3 + K2, Plant-Based, 60 Veggie Softgels

With working from home and having things delivered, I spend a lot less time outside on the go. The vitamins that I had been getting naturally, I wasn't getting. Taking D3 + K2 is replenishing what I was missing for my bone health and a strong immune system.

The Sports Research - Vitamin D3 + K2 Vitamin D is essential for strong bones and healthy immune function, but sometimes our bodies can't produce enough on their own. Unfortunately, this makes it all too easy to become deficient in vitamin D, especially during the cold months when we spend less time outside. The pills aren't too large and don't have a unpleasant after taste, Quality product!

I'm a big fan and believer in Vitamix supplements. In the winter we get much less sun so we need to supplement with vitamins. I love plant based, and there's coconut oil in these, which is extremely healthy. These are also project non GMO verified and gluten free and heart healthy all of these things make for an excellent vitamin supplement that I very much like and recommend.

I decided to start taking this supplement because of the added K2 with the Vitamin D. Vitamin D has many known benefits including helping with inflammation, brain and heart health, as well as assisting with metabolizing calcium. K2 assists with getting the calcium into our bones. Now that I am getting older, it has become more important to me to make sure that I am getting the proper nutrients to increase and/or maintain my bone health, among other things, such as improve my immune system. These pills are fairly small and easy to swallow. The bottle is black to decrease light exposure to the supplement. I like that the top is a pop up top to open easily. I didn't notice any weird smell or taste when taking these. Due to the coconut oil in them, they can have a cloudy looking spot inside the capsule. This is just the coconut oil that has separated inside the capsule. I am very happy with this product.

I had been taking multi-vitamins with D and K for awhile, but when I saw this formula, I knew I had to try it. D3 and K2 combined helps ensure the calcium is absorbed properly. I like this pill as it's easy to swallow and plant-based. I'll definitely keep taking this.

LOVE this! I've had bone pain for a long time even after taking vitamin d3 2000 iu but after taking this my mood is better and that pain has almost gone away!

This is a good product especially if you're moving from a sunny state back up north. Would have liked the strength of the d3 to be a tad higher. Other than that would definitely recommend

I have been using this for several years and love. My frustration lies in the insane amount of plastic that these are packed in. I am able to combine three bottles into one. Please consider changing your packing to less/smaller packaging.

This seems like a good supplement its Non Gmo, Vegan, and Gluten free. However after taking these supplements I'm not sure i notice a change in anything. Supplements take quite a while to figure out if they really do work or not, but I probably wouldn't purchase this type of supplement again. This might be helpful to others, but its just not for me.

I bought this brand at the advice of a medical practitioner, but was unimpressed. Bottle arrived with security sealing missing (glue suggests it was opened by the previous recipient), and all the pills stuck together at the bottom of the bottle. Save your money, find a better brand that does not send returned product.
