This stuff tastes great, and it's fairly easy to dissolve. I drink it once to twice a day. Water is the best for hydration but doesn't replace electrolytes like this does, so I mix it in with my water intake for the day and I think it works great. I liked it so much that I am a subscribed member and recieve the Hydrate Electrolytes regularly.
Love these packets. Perfect blend on ingredients without massive amounts of sugar. Appreciate the sodium and potassium amount. We use it during exercise, hiking, as needed at home etc. Thank you for such a great product.
I love these electrolytes they are the best I have ever used. They have alot of great ingredients I am hooked and I will keep buying them. Highly recommend you buying them.
Somewhere in your literature you are going to say that there is a period of time of daily consumption before noticable effects are expected. My guess is that it is longer than 3-days. Get back to me when that amount of time, PLUS, has elapsed. The only thing I can talk about at this point is the flavor - it would be better if it was tasteless. Please align your marketing department with your technical department.
Great vale and love being able to titrate the concentration rather than using pre packaged one use packets.
I have hard time drinking water and with this product I drink more water than my usual. It tastes great and easy to mix. Highly recommended.
Love love the Passion fruit flavor and no artificial sweeteners. Plus coconut water!! Mixes well with no clumping.
My husband loves the flavor of the electrolytes. However I am not excited about the citric acid found in it. Citric acid is derived from mold per Dr Pompa and Dr Barke. I use another brand.
I tried it twice and just couldn't get past the tasteI. I ended up returning it with no issue whatsoever and a full credit. since then, i've tried a couple of their other flavors, and i've realized that all of them are just extremely mild flavor for the recommended mix and yes, you can always add more. But then you're doubling everything unnecessarily. so if you're looking for something that isn't overwhelming, like most hydration, drinks, this might be perfect for you.
I'm not a fan of extremely sweet drinks and I have not been able to drink this.
