Great Product
Been using this for two years. I drink a scoop of this every day with my morning complete and my Advocare Spark. It gives me great energy and endurance during work and exercise! And it tastes great!

I've been a daily user of this product for several years. I've always appreciated the high quality of the product I received. The past several months the contents have been lumpy rather than in its usual powdery form. I question whether it is stale. It requires chopping with an instrument to make it into a powder. I previously purchased the raspberry lemonade. That product is no longer offered. Only the fruit punch is offered. I question whether they are planning to eliminate this product and are selling off what remains. Hard for me to tell the current effectiveness of this product.

Made me hungry and tired. I've used pruvit. Thought I would try to save some money. No comparison. Save your money or get the real ketones.
