I had a really disappointing experience with Sports Research customer service. I reached out about a return, expecting a straightforward process based on how it was presented at the time of purchase. However, I later found out there is a $7. 50 return fee deducted from your refund something that was not clearly communicated upfront. I spoke with a customer service representative, Quentin, who was polite but ultimately unwilling to offer any flexibility, even as a first-time customer. Despite explaining my situation, I was told the fee could not be waived even though I'm still losing money on a product that didn't work for me. Unfortunately, this experience has made me hesitant to order from Sports Research again. I hope they reconsider how they handle situations like this in the future, especially for new first-time customers.
