Sports Research Sweet Sweat Arm Trimmers, Unisex-Regular, Pink, 1 Pair

The name is very appropriate for this product. They will help you to increase the amount you sweat while working out. They seem to be made very well, with quality materials. The outside is soft neoprene, and the inside is a soft rubbery like textured material. They are a little tricky getting on by yourself and getting them placed correctly with the right amount of pressure. I have very small arms, so I haven't really had any size difference since using these. I got them to help increase the amount I sweat while working out though, not to decrease my arm size. They do exactly what I wanted. They come with a mesh bag for washing or carrying. They are also very comfortable and did not cause any issue with lifting weights. They stayed in place very well the whole time. I am very happy with this product.

I honestly did not know what to expect with these. They fit really comfortable. You just put them under your arm and wrap it around, velcroing on the other side. You can feel it working on your arms when you have them on. Just from picking up something semi-heavy you can feel they add pressure to your arms to make you sweat more. I can see these working really well for toning purposes. I've only had them a week, but I really like them so far. They don't make me hot, don't rub or anything like that. I use them when I work out and sometimes when I'm just doing housework or lifting heavy things.

I was a little worried about using these simply because I've never had great success with any type of arm band product in the past. They move around too much, or fall, or have to be too tight to be comfortable, etc. These stay put and definitely help work up a sweat. That said, I did get some slight rubby spots not on my arms, but on my underarm area. They're not rough or anything like that. I think it's just that I've got a little too much chub in that area. Ha! Still, I like them a whole lot and wearing them with a tech tee as opposed to just my sports bra should solve that issue. All in all, they're as great as the waist trimmers!

I bought these a month ago to help with my journey of trying to lose some weight here and there and tone up some parts of my body so I'm gave these a try and I'm starting to love the results of using these its a slow start but I see and feel a little difference

When working out, I simply put these on & they provide thermal compression to the bicep area promoting an additional increase in heat and sweat during exercise. They are contoured to fit around your bicep comfortably and naturally flexible to adjust to your size and shape. Work great and I would recommend.

I've had these Sports Research - Arm Trimmers for a couple of weeks now. They are very comfortable and fit great, which is surprising because my arms are fairly large. I use these while doing my day-to-day work around the house and have not had any problems with slipping.

This set of arm trimmers comes with 2 bands that are Velcro, a mesh bag for you to put your bands into for a wash and an instruction card. These bands will definitely make your arms sweaty during a workout and I alternate use for my workout. Between these and the waist trimmer that I use, it's extra gear I have to put on.

I like the are trimmers because I can feel the results before seeing them. I sweat much, much more with the bands on and my muscles feel supported and don't get tired as fast. They are a bit challenging to get on independently to secure a good fit, but they still work.

I recently started wearing Sweet Sweat's Arm Trimmers along with the waist trimmers during my daily walking. The Arm Trimmers definitely product extra moisture (sweat!) on my arms. They are comfortable and stay in place while I'm walking. I'm hoping to firm up and tone my body in a few months. So far pretty good
