I really think this works. I have been using it everytime I go for a run. Along with proper diet and exercise I have been able to lose 10lbs. It helps tarrget your waist which can be some of the hardest weight to lose. After a good work out you can see the sweat drip from the sides of the trimmer. I think its a good investment. I'm going to try the thigh ones next.

This stuff used along side with the sweet sweat waist trimmer is amazing! I've never sweated as much as this product has made me sweat before! I've only been using this for about a week but it seems to be working. Even when I try to do a "light" workout, when I take off the wrap my stomach is covered in sweat! As an aside, wearing this wrap also makes my workout clothes fit better. Stay tuned to see if it helps with my fitness progress!

This has really enhanced my workouts. It makes me sweat so much more than I usually do. All you do is wrap it around your waist and Velcro it. It has a great fit. It doesn't feel like it's too tight or like you can't breathe. It's very comfortable. I experienced a whole new level of sweating with this. You can use it for any workout. You could even wear this during the day because it's so comfortable. It's very well made. The material is very stretchy and feels good. The Velcro has a very tight hold. It isn't going to come off.

I love the Waist Trimmer and would recommend to everyone. You sweat soooo much you better keep a towel handy. If you go outside to walk remember to wear dark pants so that your neighbors don't see you sweating. It's perfect and targets the hard to loose area.

This waist trainer is actually comfortable to wear, while I'm working out or doing house chores. It fits great. It fits tight, but not too tight (like most waist trainers). I can actually breathe, while wearing it!! Plus, Sports Research - Waist Trimmer comes with its own wash bag! Which is very convenient!

I have had this product for 7 days. I noticed a significant benefit after using it for 3 days in conjunction with sweetsweat. After five days my I began to fit into some old clothes. This was all done with 30-60 minutes of cardio and low carb diet. This product gave me the boost I was looking for, and needed!

I purchased this a few months ago along with the sweet sweat enhancer. I do not work out hard as I am still trying to get to a good fitness level. However, I used it when I walked on the treadmill. I walk at a nice pace for about 30 minutes, I figured this would enhance the workout and help me to lose inches in my midsection which is most problematic. I used it for two months without noticing any real difference in inches. I def did sweat more with it but perhaps I wasn't using it during an intense enough workout to make a difference.I will say that it is very large and it fit me which was surprising. My largest measurement around my midsection is 47 inches. It fit comfortably but probably would not fit someone any larger than that.It is ok but didn't perform any miracles.
