Sports Research® Vegan Flaxseed Oil 1200mg w/ ALA Omega 3 Non-GMO (180 Softgels)

I've been using Sports Research - Flaxseed Oil as a replacement for omega-3 supplements using fish oils. These are plant based made from cold pressed flaxseeds, vegan certified and provide excellent cardiovascular benefits with no fishy taste or burps. I love this product and highly recommend.

I really like this is plant based and cold-pressed. These are a large soft gel and not so easy for me to get down. I have trouble with large pills but I can get these down. This has 3 essential fatty acids. I really like just taking one of these. It's so much better than adding flax seed to food. It comes in a dark bottle to block the light. Non-GMO, certified vegan, gluten free and CGMP compliant. A big plus for me. I feel these are a premium supplement with excellent quality I have no doubts about taking it. I recommend.

I used to take flax seed that you mix into a drink. It really helps your digestive track. It was hard to get down though. Tasted terrible! I'm so happy I found out about flaxseed in a pill form! And by a brand I have used and trust! There's no after taste. I have been wanting to take flax seed again as I've always had positive results with it but can't stand the taste. So I was really happy to try this! Excellent results! Will Continue to buy! Highly recommend! Love this so much!

These flaxseed oil capsules are just what I needed. My ophthalmologist wants me to take them (one a day) as part of the treatment for my dry eyes. These are easy to swallow, despite their size and have no flavor. The price is good too. I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

I'm so happy to receive this medicine I have never used flaxseed oil before but figured after reading about it we would give it a try because the benefits sound amazing so we just started using this weekend so this helped us out alot thanks for the product I would recommend to all family and friends

Vegan, Gluten Free, Non GMO and 3rd Party Quality Tested.....and that's not all. This has to be the best source of plant-based Omega 3 essential fatty acid ALA on the market. I keep them right next to my bathroom sink so I remember to take one every morning. The only con I have is that the pills are quite large. But they do "swallow" pretty easily. Instructions say to take 1-3 times a day but I opt for just one in the morning before my breakfast. I feel like I'm doing something well for my body especially since I am getting a little older!

My husband is the health nut in the family. He is taking the flaxseed oil. He said they are easy to swallow. There is just a little after taste. We don't like that you should take it with food. That would be ok if it were only once a day. It is 1-3 times a day.

I've been taking the Sports Research - Flaxseed Oil supplements for a few weeks and I can already feel some relief of hot flashes. It's a bit on the bigger size, which is why I gave 4/5 stars, otherwise fantastic product, without the fishy taste of fish oil.

As with all supplements I've tried from Sports Research, the quality of this flaxseed oil supplement is very high. There's no smell or scent associated with the pill, either. The oil is cold-pressed, adheres to cGMP regulations, and is gluten free. They've got a good amount of omega-3s and the serving size is one, though the bottle says you can take one to three a day. The pill is very smooth, but still pretty large and I do occasionally have an issue taking them.

For the first week or so I felt ok but, after that, my blood pressure would go too low and I felt faint. I didn't realize that this is a side effect so it happened for 4-5 days before I realized where the symptom was due to. For someone who doesn't already have low pressure it may be just perfect.
