Good quality set for the price paid. Assembly was as expected -- only negative is that the box said that it came with the stakes to put in the ground, but no stakes were included. I read other reviewers say that the same thing happened to them. The set looks nice and seems sturdy -- time will tell. Swapped out 2 of the red swings it came with (pictured in middle) for infant seats. Definitely designed for younger/lighter kids, though -- depending on their size/weight, maybe till age 5-6.
swing set is really really nice put it together real easy but it did not come with the anchors that it was advertised to come with.
Directions were very simple and complete. Family who visited said they wanted to get one as well. Sturdy parts!
Perfect for my eight-year-old daughter and her friends easy to put together fast shipping would recommend to anyone super cute.
Great product and easy to assemble. Advertised free anchor kit, but it was missing. One of the swings was clearly used/opened because it was also missing the hooks for the swing to attach to the set. We contacts customer service they told us we would have to return the item to get a new set, it was already assembled at this point so not an option. The third party company sent us anchors, but they didn't send the anchor kit hardware, reached out again and they said they only send anchors not hardware for the anchor kit. But my kid is happy in her new swing set.
The kids love it, not too difficult to put together. Will come back after a while and write a review on how well it holds up
It's beautiful and was easy enough to put together- except for the missing parts. A few bolts are not threaded at all, so they cannot hold the screw. Will need to go to hardware store. Also, there was no "free anchor kit included." Because of this, we have a swingset that APPEARS finished, but isn't safe- imagine telling your 2 toddlers that they can't go on the new swing in your yard yet.
The swing set arrived quickly, However, it was missing the anchor kit, which is absolutely necessary for the safe installation. It also arrived without one of the main bolts needed for assembly. I was looking forward to setting it up for my children and now have to wait for a warranty claim to be processed.
Had a damaged part called customer support to get the part replaced, been over a week and have not gotten a response
When this arrived the "free anchor kit" that was pictured and promoted on the website was not included. I reached out to Walmart, and at first, the solution was to return it. I explain that made no sense as there is nothing wrong with the swings, they just didn't include the "free anchor kit." Walmart opened a case with the seller. I have not heard anything from the seller. I received another email from Walmart advising again, to return it. I tried replying to explain, but no one monitors the inbox. Obviously, I'm not going to tear down a 300lb swing set to mail back and then rebuild a new one over a package of anchors a little larger than your hand. With the AI in customer service and unmonitored emails addresses, I can't get a human to understand the logic. It will cost Walmart/Seller way more to mail 300lb swings to and from my home again than just mailing the anchors package separately. The interesting thing is, the same model swings are sold on Home Depot's site without the anchor kit. Clearly the seller forgot to include the promotional anchors Walmart was offering. Neither side will take any responsibility and make it right, so now we have swings with no anchors. (NOT SAFE) For the hassle, dealing with Walmart's customer service and/or being pushed to the seller to deal with it yourself, I would go with a Costco, Home Depot, or a Lowes item as my experience has been they are more helpful when something is incorrect.
