Zipper is really tough to zip up and down. Pad moves very slippery. Having no ladder with the slippery pad is main reason my kids have gotten hurt.

The kids used it one time and the net has already has to be repaired. Where it clips to the top has already torn... so much for a "safety net"

The trampoline itself, has been great. It took longer than expected to put together, but no issues. We chose this trampoline over all the others for the accessories, which were the basketball hoop and laser game. The basketball hoop didn’t last a day, and the laser game has never worked. Even worse, no way to contact customer service. It just automatically starts a return.

Directions are not thorough. Parts are not labeled. basketball goal is made of cheap foam. Several parts did not go together correctly. Meaning the parts were out of spec. Overall this rbing is cheaply made junk. Do not buy. You will regret.

I ordered this trampoline on July 15,2025 and requested shipping to NY for my grandsons birthday. It was to arrive by July 24. It never arrived and finally on August 13 it arrived at my residence in VA. The box was destroyed and the contents visible with tape holding box together. Requested refund and scheduled pickup with FedEx on August 14. FedEx picked up box and I was credited my money back. On August 31 I was emailed that the trampoline never arrived at their facility so I was charged again for $209.55. I’ve called India (Walmart.com) three times and explained what happened. They say they’ll credit me back my money but have yet to do so. This was one cluster after another. I will never order anything again through Walmart.com.

I ordered 3 items from Walmart to make a playground for the grandbabies. I have an Amazon subscription, but I decided to try out walmart instead. I was pleasantly surprised to see that it was a couple of dollars cheaper. So, I thought walmart had upped their game to give Amazon a run for their money. A few days went by, and I quickly realized that I had made a mistake. I got an email telling me that one of my packages has been delayed. Eventually, all packages arrived late, and one was even labeled "Lost in transit" due to not being able to locate. It's ironic that all packages were given different reasons for being late. My last package was refunded, and I was not happy with the entire situation. A couple of days go by, and my last item shows up at my door. Immediately, I get an email stating that I need to return it, or I will be charged again for the item. Keep in mind that I have not received my refund, and I've already ordered another one from Amazon. I will never buy from Walmart again! It's just not worth the hassle and headache.

So disappointed. It was delivered late which I was okay with but the box was delivered damaged. Literally the springs were out and the poles were hanging out. I checked the poles in the box by looking through the big hole the box had and the poles looked used. The poles were scuffed and bent. This is the first time I was disappointed by Walmart but all I can do now is return it and wait even longer to get my money back :/

Lots of missing parts Ive had this for months and I have yet to assignment it because all the parts are missing are on back order.

Was a week late getting here. And then it was missing part . And waiting another 2 weeks for that . I have 2 very disappointed young grandkids . It was there birthday present
