I had an odd experience with the first trampoline I bought. I contacted bounce pro and the customer service rep responded in a timely fashion and helped me settle on this trampoline. It was delivered earlier than was expected.
I bought the 12 footer, and it’s a really great size for my six and three-year-old. Even my 11-year-old daughter enjoys it. Will take at least 2 people to put together. Me and husband spent about 3 hours figuring it all out and getting it out up, mind you it was 90 degrees outside too lol. But great purchase! We’re happy 😌
I have been very impressed with this trampoline. It is great quality and with the heavy duty steaks we bought (separately) it has held up well in the storms.
my grandkids love it. if you read the instructions its fairly simple to put together but you do need at least 2 people 3 is best n quickest. The trampoline n mat are ver6 sturdy and well made. The net seems a little cheap but it still serves its purpose. All n All amazing product especially for the price
Trampoline looks to be great quality. Almost finished setting it up when we noticed we were missing 10 springs
It came sooner than expected which was nice. The issue was the light for underneath was cracked. It also takes longer than to put together than just a couple hours try more like 4. The box said it was green but it is orange so there's inconsistency there. The grandchildren seem to like it though so hopefully it does well. Now just to get a ladder and we'll be set
Its ok single mother here so didn't have help instructions are NOT ANY HELP it took me a week to figure this thing out and absolutely nothing worked that came with the trampoline accessories
trampoline it self is good. the other stuff like basketball hoop and Lazer tag are junk! Lazer tag never worked!
I would like to say that I am highly disappointed in the way the product came. I bought this for my nephew's 8th birthday. It was delivered on the day of his party. He was so excited and ready to jump only time find out that there were pieces everywhere unsecured, missing parts and the net seemed to be damaged as if this was already used and returned. Words can't express how mad I am right now and to see my baby smile turn into a frown, it makes me even more upset. This is very unacceptable!!!
