My granddaughter absolutely loves it. I love the fact that I can take it outside on the porch or I'm washing dishes. I can just put her in it. I love the fact that she can't get out of it. That is very safe. It was a great purchase for her first birthday because I can actually keep her in it and know where she is. She laughs and giggles and has fun in it next I want to get her a trampoline. I recommend that anybody buy this.

This swing is absolutely perfect! We utilize it for our 9 month old and two year old. Our house doesn't have any trees nor any place to use a normal baby swing so this was a great option. It's very portable and light weight to use. Would definitely recommend!

This is a steady swing. My one year old grandson really enjoys it. He usually cries to get out of confined spaces. But he doesn't cry to get out. Safe enough for you to cook, clean or take a bathroom break while they are enjoying themselves.

I had just one little issue! But it was resolved quickly and without any problems. The longest bolt for the front legs were not long enough and they sent me two replacements and all is well!

The instructions were not easy to follow. The other reason for my 4-starting is that in order to fold up the swing to put away or to transport, you really need an Allen wrench. It's not just a “twist-and-turn” sort of action.

Putting it together was simple and does not require two adults to put together. However , mine arrived rusty in the inside of the poles. As well a few spots outside and/or paint scratched due to poor packaging. THAT all being said, it's still an pretty good backyard swing for baby/toddler (my son loves it).

It's a good product but my daughter got this for a birthday gift for her second birthday and she touches the floor. I wish it was higher because we can't even use it. Her feet drag.

I wish the rope that came with the swing was a little bit longer. Another thing, the whole swing metal would lift up off the floor as you push the swing seat when the baby sitting in it. The baby seat comes in two different part, I wish it was an actual solid seat.

The seat does not secure the baby, it is poorly designed and appears to be extremely uncomfortable. The seat is so rigid and not built well for the baby's comfort and safety. Not to mention the delivery process was delayed and very misleading when updating. Spend the extra money to get a well built, well designed swing for your precious little ones.
